Katy Perry wore this short, and I mean short, The Blonds white mini dress complete with a sparkly Smurf graphic to none other than the Smurfs Premiere. She definitely dressed for the occasion, that is for sure. Katy Perry is so quirky that this could have somehow worked for her if it was not so incredibly short. Oh and I am not sure how I feel about her new blonde hair.
