Penelope Cruz wore this extravagant black, detailed, feathered, Marchesa gown to the
Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides premiere. Stars do not usually wear such elaborate designs to premiers, but she pulled it off. My only concern is the feathered neckline; I wish that they were isolated to the bottom of the gown. I do love the black-patterned fabric, though!
