Best Dressed: People's Choice Awards Edition

In a sea of mediocre frocks, this Glee gal stood out and made a statement in this incredible, white fringe Marchesa creation.  This is unlike anything I have ever seen before and I absolutely adore it.  The draping is just absolutely stunning.  Unfortunately, none of the other dresses from the evening even remotely inspired me.
