Happy 4th!!

My family celebrated the 4th by having a cookout with our extended fam- so good to catch up with my cousins! We had the traditional American food, and the not so traditional (grape leaves, lamb skewers, caprese salad, and black olive hummus dip).  The main attraction, however, was this amazing cake that my future cousin-in-law, Emmily, made! She works for a great local bakery, but she is talented enough to have her own TV show! This is just one example of the extraordinary things she can do with cake, icing, and fondant.
